1980 Chinese Blue and White – Wan Li to K’ang Hsi

The catalogue of Chinese Blue and White – Wan Li to K’ang Hsi comprises of 82 pieces of Chinese porcelain and accompanied our exhibition in July 1980. Notable pieces include a Wanli imperial eight immortal bowl, a large signed and dated 1636 brushpot with figures in rafts, brushpot with a tiger and Lü Dongbin, a pair of large imperial Kangxi lotus bowls, Kangxi imperial dragon bowl, a massive Kangxi landscape yanyan, a celadon ground bird and prunus vase, an imperial Wanli candlestick, a transitional ovoid jar and cover with tiger and a Kangxi blue and white meiping with figures in landscape.
