A Chinese cloisonné enamel bowl of conical form, with flat base, bronze flattened rim and foot rim, decorated on the exterior with the bajixiang, eight Buddhist emblems above eight lotus flower heads, all on scrolling branches with leaves in red, yellow, white, blue, green and black on a turquoise ground, the base similarly decorated with a single lotus flower and bud, the interior with two registers, each of the eight lotus flower heads on scrolling branches with leaves on a white ground encircling a blue Tibetan Sanskrit character on a white ground in the well of the interior.

Ming dynasty, 16/17^th century.

A set of six China Trade gouache and watercolour paintings on paper heightened in gum Arabic, three painted with palace garden scenes with figures amongst  exotic overhanging trees, one with pagoda island, one with view along the Pearl river and one with a lake side scene.

Framed and glazed.

Chinese porcelain blue and white vase of double gourd form painted on the globular lower register with a hunting scene with three equestrian archers and a further equestrian with a whip and swinging an implement in pursuit of a stag, the shoulder with a band of flower heads on a continuous scrolling leafy branch, the pear-shaped top register similarly painted with an equestrian in pursuit of a stag also with a whip and swinging implement, all amongst willow branches, pine, v-shaped grass, rockwork and cloud banks, the gently flared rim painted with a wide band of stylised flowers and jewels.
