A matched pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white ovoid jars and covers, each painted with birds amongst flowering branches of lotus and tree peony between reserve bands and a band of petals above the foot, the covers with lotus and peony, one with an underglaze blue leaf mark, small foot chips and inner rim chips.
