A pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white ovoid jars and covers, painted on either side with a stylised leaf motif enclosed in a panel, connected on either side by a small stylised flower head, all between alternating petal patterns and a further stylised continuous ruyi band at the foot and the neck, the covers painted with stylised floral sprays beneath flower heads and continuous band on the shoulder, the tops of the covers painted with stylised flower head and ruyi motifs.
