2007 Recent Acquisitions
Description
The catalogue of Recent Acquisitions comprises of 80 pieces of Chinese and Japanese porcelain and works of art and accompanied our exhibition in 2007. Notable pieces are an imperial Kangxi blue and white brushpot with poems, an imperial Yongzheng blue and white dragon dish, a large rose verte charger with the most handsome man in China, a massive pair of Jiaqing/Daoguang famille rose vases with identified places, a pair of white jade quail boxes and covers and a large spinach jade landscape brushpot.
