Description

A fine and rare Chinese imperial porcelain brown-glazed dish with foliate rim on a splayed foot, the underside with a central double rib, covered overall in a rich and even bright coffee-brown glaze.

8 inches, 20.3 cm diameter.

The underside with a six-character sealmark of Qianlong in underglaze blue and of the period, 1736-1795.

Condition

Overall excellent condition without any chips, cracks, or restoration.
