Description

Chinese porcelain underglaze blue ko-akai, wucai small dish, with flat everted rim, painted in the centre with a large white rabbit looking back on an underglaze blue-wash border between fruiting lingzhi fungus and daisies beneath a couplet with the characters ‘Ma Yuan’ within a rectangle and the moon beneath a crenelated border at the rim.

Condition

Overall excellent condition, without chips, cracks or restorations, the rim with mushikui.
