2001 Recent Acquisitions
Description
The catalogue of Recent Acquisitions comprises of 21 pieces of Chinese porcelain and works of art and accompanied our exhibition in 2001. Notable pieces are an imperial Qianlong enamel famille rose yellow-ground teapot and cover, a large Qianlong jade mountain with Shoulao, a pair of Qianlong white jade bowls, a pair of Kangxi famille verte ovoid lanterns from the Richard Bennett, a pair of Kangxi famille verte dated 1701 meipings, a Kangxi imperial famille verte peach dish, a Qianlong imperial turquoise bottle vase, a Qianlong imperial teadust hu and a Jiaqing imperial coral-ground gilt decorated double gourd.
