The catalogue of Recent Acquisitions, Important Chinese Porcelain from Private Collections comprises of 53 pieces of Chinese porcelain from the Yuan dynasty to the Qing dynasty and accompanied our exhibition in 2012. Notable pieces are a Yuan qingbai ewer and cover, a Yongle blue and white grape dish, an imperial Xuande blue and white tankard, a large imperial Yongzheng yellow-ground blue and white floral dish from the T. Y. Chao family, a pair of imperial Yongzheng yellow-ground green dragon bowls, an imperial Qianlong blue and white sanduo vase with garlic-mouth, an imperial Qianlong doucai waterpot with bats, an imperial Qianlong Guan-type fish basket from the J. M. Hu collection, an imperial Qianlong Ge-type hu-form vase and an imperial Qianlong celadon globular jar. Hard back.
